When our kids were little, I loved this show as much as they did. I don't see any reason why it can't be resuscitated.

A 2018 version of Salute Your Shorts. I wonder how that would go over.

I've heard the kid who played Spomge has said something about a reunion type of a thing through social media. But I have also heard the guy is not that enamored with Hollywood and has had hardships in his adult life. I'm not into the social media thing but I heard he used to be active on social media a bit and interacted with his followers. People said he seems like a genuine dude.

I would hate a reboot because today's children are soft and everything has to be about tech. Kids don't play outdoors anymore. They would make the thing totaly PC.

So is most of the entertainment industry.

Seriously, i've already heard chatter of a Two And a Half Men reboot.

What the f*** that thing just ended like 5 minutes ago.

Hollywood is broke. The entertainment industry has overplayed its hand. I remember 15 years ago the Dixie Chicks ripped on president Bush and their careers went in the toilet, now if you don't rip on the president the system will end your career. They are alienating people as a whole though and it's not about backing the president or sticking their noses in issues you know they don't care about, it's the fact they have drawn lines in the sand and are basically like if you don't agree with us, don't suppott us because we don't support you. The entertainment industry ism't even entertainment anymore, it's an establishment mouthpiece.

Take the VMA's last night,. Oh how hard was it for Kevin Hart to tell these football players to continue their protesting and say don't listen to a white guy, cheers across the board, easy to be a follower.

That asian movie is nothing but a political powerplay. I'm not against a cast that's all similar if they are good. Never heard of most of those actors. They are just forcing their hands so much. Then people are baited into seeing stuff or they are labeled racist. It doesn't hurt puhing it because Communist China runs hollywood now because Hollywood is broke, hence all these reboots everywhere.

This isn’t about running out of ideas, it’s about cashing in on 30-year-olds who want their kids to grow up watching the same thing they did. And it’ll probably work.

This is exactly the same reason that Tiny Toons existed.

The animation is different because it isn’t 1995 anymore. The animation needs to be current with what today’s kids are used to. Disney did a better job with the new Mickey Mouse animation, but an 8 year old won’t care in the slightest.
