Bryant is absolutely more talented than Antonio Brown.

Antonio Brown is smarter and more skilled, by far.

I haven't seen enough of Bryant and I am not sure anyone else has to make such a claim that he absolutely has more talent. And aren't skill and smarts a big part of talent. All I have seen from Bryant is speed and size with very little in the area of smarts.

Yes, he is.

If Bryant had a fraction of Antonio Brown's work ethic, he'd be a first ballot Hall of Famer.

Bryant is our best athlete at WR but there's more to WR than athleticism. Bryant's hands, route running etc. are nowhere near Brown's level.

Those are skills, I'm talking about talent. There's a big difference between the two. Brown's skills make him a better WR than Bryant, but Bryant's talent is on a completely different level that Brown simply cannot match.

Are your eyes closed during Steelers games? How can you possibly say that nobody has seen enough of the two to make the claim that one is more talented? Just watch them.

Who's more talented, Randy Moss or Jerry Rice? It's clearly Moss, even if Rice had the better career.

I agree on Moss vs Rice. Not with Bryant vs. Brown. Not at all and I watch with my eyes open just as you do. We just disagree.

I don't regard this as a matter of opinion, so there's no point in continuing to discuss it if that's how you feel.

I also don't think you'd find many people who'd deny that Bryant is more talented before Bryant started alienating fans with his behavior, but oh well.

Tiger Woods hasn't been the same golfer since he had to give up the porn stars.

Perhaps Martavis Bryant will never be the same WR without pot.

If he was sincerely using it to manage his anxiety, and I personally believe him because marijuana does help a lot with that, you're probably right.

I was being facetious. Perhaps I shouldn't have been.

I picked up on that with the Tiger reference, but I do think it may actually be an issue with Martavis. Not in terms of his actual performance, but certainly in terms of managing his reactions to things like playing time.

It would be incredible if Bryant was the one who stole Ju-Ju's bike. Or maybe he hired someone to do it: Jeff "Reed" Gillooly? We could get a spin-off show out of this season.

Anyone think a big part of Bryant's disappearing act this year is tied to Rothlisberger hitting his decline? He just doesn't seem like the same QB anymore.

Somewhat...Ben hasn't been good at completing down the field passes this year so far. But I don't know if I'd call that decline. I just think that for whatever reason he's not looking for Bryant. It may be because Ben gets tunnel vision and focuses on his first read, or it could be because Bryant has bulked up, is slower, not getting the same separation and/or running sloppy routes. Hard to know, could be both

A good wide out makes his QB better. Ben isn't 25 anymore, but I'm not ready to put him out to pasture just yet...

Interesting. I didn't realize Bryant had bulked up and slowed down. I don't get to see him play much, more just following stats and box scores. Hopefully he hasn't bulked up in a "looks like he's hitting the buffet with Kelvin Benjamin" sort of way. lol

He put in 10 pounds of muscle in off-season and it may have affected his speed. Not sure but I don't see him separating as much as he used to. It could just be because he was out a year. It's hard to know

Bryant's struggles are the result of many factors:

1. Rust from missing an entire year.
2. Likely new parts of the offense he's not familiar with.
3. Playing with added bulk/loss of agility
4. Ben playing like crap.
5. Haley's play calling (how many end-arounds and bubble screens can one man call?)
6. Not playing as many snaps as a #2 should be.
7. JuJu's emergence.
8. His apparent lack of maturity.

This is going to need to be explained to me. It's over my head.

Mia Khalifa is an obnoxious porn star who frequently tries to get with athletes. She's also a Washington sports fan. You might remember a couple of amusing twitter exchanges between her and Tom Sestito during the playoffs two years ago. She made a move on young Juju and got shut down because he has standards and functioning eyes.
