NEW RULE: Any bid made past 10:25 extends the clock 5 more minutes to provide sufficient time to counter. Any counter offer will also extend the clock 5 minutes.
So if a bid is made at 10:27, the clock will go to 10:32 for that player. If another bid is made at 10:33, the clock goes to 10:38 for that player.
