Another 2 goal lead "curse" that failed. So just in January alone so far...

Habs up by 2 goals tonight, curse failed, Habs won.
Vs Panther, Habs had 2g lead, curse failed, Habs won.
Vs Avs, Habs had 2g lead, curse failed, Habs won.
Vs Blues, Blues had 2g lead, curse failed, Blues won
Vs Detroit, Habs had 2g lead, curse failed, Habs won.
Vs Preds, Preds had 2g lead, curse failed, Preds won.
Vs Vancouver, Habs had 2g lead, curse failed, Habs won.

Curse is 0-7 this month alone. It's a myth. Even if you look at only 2-0 leads instead of 3-1 or something, the curse fails. Being up by two is so much better than being up by only one goal. I'm going dispel the curse this season by looking at the actual numbers instead of only remembering the odd time someone comes back after being down by 2.

I knew that Weber coming back would improve the defense as a whole because it would push everybody down the depth chart, closer to where they should play, but I didn't know it would work out so well.

We don't have a good defense per se, but now at least it can be carried to quality by a goalie like Price.
