So who has the most unbeatable bad career NHL record of the following:

Gord Strate: Most games played without a single Point (62 career NHL games)
Tyler Randell: Most goals without getting any assists (6 career goals no assists)
Steven Halko: Most assists without scoring a goal (15 career assists no goals)
Bob Stewart: Worst career +/- in the history of the NHL (-257)

Randells record isn't even that bad, I feel like someone holds a worse record with no assists and more goals.

Stewart, although that probably means he's easily the best player of the bunch too being able to stick around that long. The rest are more just fluky.
