So basically
Celtics were number 1 during their big 3 era
Heat were number 1 during the Heatles era
Warriors were number 1 during their dynasty
Raptors were number 1 for a couple months cuz everyone wanted GSW to lose
Bulls were number 1 because of the "Last Dance" blowing up on Netflix during quarantine
Now everyone's riding the Warriors again lol
Miami, Toronto, and Chicago always seem to have consistent support though they're rarely ever off this list
