This game finished so late. The difference in this team without Letang is concerning. It was a pretty damn good showing.

Pretty solid team effort. Can't really complain. Gotta give a + to Zatkoff and Jokinen, but everyone looked pretty good. (though Sid wasn't in Sid mode, but that's okay)

+The Pens(and Bylsma) are trying out different strategies than the stretch pass. We dumped the puck a lot and got physical and tried to win battles.
+The line-up is getting more and more bearable

Yes, you do, at the right price. He's a sneaky good player with incredible hockey smarts. If the price is right, he is a no brainer, IMO.

Really good game out of the pens, i'd say this game and the first caps game were the pens best 2 games this year.

Not to rain on a pretty good game, but getting the lead in the first minute completely changed a game against a team like the Kings. Much like when we would play those Devils teams in years past.

That said, the Pens looked good out there. Maybe the best that they have looked all year. Ignore the score. That kind of play is what they need to have any hope at all in the playoffs.

Stood around while Justin Williams was poised to go on a breakaway. Williams did, in fact, go on said breakaway. Fortunately, Zatkoff was up to the challenge, but Orpik's laziness/inability to read an obvious situation never fails to disappoint.
