Seems unnecessary to create a rule for it, no player is ever going to get the puck doing that unless the opposition player falls asleep.

Well the penalty would've been called since it was on a delayed penalty for the Stars. It was why Andersen was pulled in the first place.

If this happen at the end of the game with a goalie pulled ? No idea but i doubt the team with the pulled goalie stands around for that long at that point to even try it.

For the record Toronto only pulled the goalie because it was a delayed penalty call and they were about to get a power play.
