I'm guessing the shape of the actual centennial logo would of been awkward to fit into the circle. Though using this logo I have a hunch that they'll keep it beyond this season. I know the release said this season only, but I could see them use this logo exactly as is here minus the centennial sparkle

Pre Covid where ownership promised changes to the ever shrinking seat size based on fan feedback. Naturally that disappeared along with the rumor of the ice plant.
