I love these. Sens got a nice one going with the yashin trade still via nick paul. Nothing like this madness though.

Learned; Trading for picks is seldom a good idea.

I think Oilers traded a tad to much. Should have kept Damphousse and ofac arucinsky - but who vould’ve seen him becoming a 1000game player?

Damphouse asked for a trade to Montreal. His now former wife was a model or something and she was not getting the chances out west.

Both the Gelinas and Rucinsky trades still pass me off

I want Dangle to do the original Mark Messier trade tree(but he refuses to do it)

The OG Messier trade tree?

August 9, 1979 Oilers trade 42nd overall and the 63rd overall to the Minnesota North Stars for Dave Samenk0 and the 48th overall picks in the 1979 draft

Oilers took Messier at 48 and the North Stars took Neil Broten at 42

the Messier trade tree is alive as well
