every time I bring up that Shero has utterly transformed the team in a matter of 2 and a half years, Pens fans arent far behind to tell us he will soon dismantle it all lol

How far we've come lol

We're finally able to roll out 4 pretty good lines now which I'm so stoked about and Zajac and Boyle are still out of the lineup. This year was, and still is, about progression for our younger players and so far I am pleased.

Or just hit some home runs with some random picks/signings. Like if Bratt, Butcher and someone like Rykov are legit, that really speeds up the rebuild. It would be nice to draft a highly touted big time defensive talent, but it's possible the Devils become legit without one.
