This is why I avoid this place sometimes...

Where did I ever say that? Where did I ever talk about Cory? I was talking systems before the conversation was deliberately changed to a different topic of Martys playing time where Lou has a huge hand in as well, that point is moot. I never mentioned Deboers decision makings, only his system. This slow, offensively dry team was competitive because of the way they play. Suppress shots and dominant possession in the offensive zone. What other coach and system besides Lenaire would have had this team five points out of the postseason given the circumstances of an average older goalie and the shootout fiasco?

I'd love a proper conversation about it but people here just randomly change the subject to help their own cause.

Bottom line, these last two rosters have been dreadful. But they were competitive and the system has a big part to do with it.
