I was a young boy playing Little league baseball, church league basketball, and playing police league hockey and football. Today I am paying a price for playing that personal activity then and continuing as I grew older right through skiing 100 days a year from age 55 to 78. Also, played racket ball during the same 23 years, fished, snowshoed, cross country skied and hiked. I say this as I spend 95% of my time in bed taking, CBD, Oxy, Gabapentin every 8 hours and morphine every 12 hours.

Growing old is tough.
