What if the Bruins took Couture instead of Hamill
What if Savard was still healthy
What if the Bruins took Ryan O'Reily instead of Caron
What if the Bruins didn't trade Kessel/Seguin
What if Seidenberg/Eriksson didn't get injured
What if in 03 the Bruins took Getzlaf/Parise/Vanek instead of Stuart

In a parallel universe these thing may not have happened, but they did happen in real life, so it doesn't matter, a person can only change the future, not the past.

What if PC actually hired a decent scout instead of Wayne Smith? Not out of the question to think that at least two of the following would be in Boston: Eberle, O'Reilly, Toffoli, Faulk, Saad.

If Savard was healthy, I think we'd be in about the same boat we are right now; with a Stanley Cup championship and a yearly contender for the Cup each year.

Assuming the same playoff path that we had each year; I think we could have made the Cup finals in 2010-12; probably winning at least one of those titles. From there, it's tough to figure out because of the cap and roster changes that would have been forced.
