Hacienda Colorado by far IMO. It's an upgraded version of the mush plates typical Mexican. Several locations like Littleton, DTC, thornton, downtown. Great sauces, they have at least 6 of them. I've had some of every type of food on the menu (enchiladas, fajitas, nachos, quesadillas, tacos, soup, tamales, chimichangas, burritos) and its all fantastic. Armadillo is decent if they still exist somewhere. Lime in cherry creek isn't bad either.
