50% for 100 million.

1 million isn't really that much in today's market.

Someone's greedy tsk tsk. I'd take the sure thing you can do a lot of good with 1 million.

Nice thread title. I wish I had seen Frenchy's pm earlier have a couple of good titles D2M's playground, D2M's football thread, the return of Svatosthegreat:D or Rockies sucks. All great imo.

JWK if you want a young CB with loads of potential in FM get Tiago Casasola.

I would take my chances and go for the 100 million. 1 million won't even buy you a small house in Vancouver.

I'm honestly surprised by this. I would've thought you'd take the million.

You're willing to risk gaining nothing on a coin flip?

Also not sure if serious on the house thing.

D2M should get a Messi tat

Tattoos are stupid.

Question does anyone use brita water faucets?

A mil is plenty of capital. You can turn a mil into 5 mil easily in 10 years and thats without doing much besides no brain investments.

im taking the mil.

This is why id suck on deal or no deal... first time an offer hit 20k id punch out wham bam thank you maam. Im not leaving empty handed.

Edit. Brick, if you have a mil, you could move to pretty much anywhere... personally, id move to some third world **** hole and live like a god.

Try buying outside the city core. Take ottawa for example, average house within the city is probably 400,000,15 minutes outside city center you're probably down to 150-200,000

at Gatineau you will find a decent house for 200,000 $ and it's close to Ottawa
