here's hoping the ol' boys, eye test is how you build a winner. This team doesn't believe in drafting big point producers early in the draft. 6th, 9th and 24th overall without taking anyone that produced more than a PPG in the CHL in their draft year.

McCann is a solid pick. Had a mixed season but he could easily take a huge step forward next year. I was interested him at 10 back in Feb when it looked like we'd pick there so I can't be disappointed getting him 14 spots later.
