Boston has the 25th pick -- I'm guessing Benning is very familiar with the players in that range, and maybe that made him value the 24th overall pick higher than other GMs would.

Want offensive upside in that pick, though I'd take Bleackley over some of the more talented guys due to his all-round game and skill set.

I don't think those available at 24 will be top 6 forwards. Meanwhile Lemieux is a guy who I see will definitely make it as a 3rd liner.
