True, but Belfort doesn't require special catchweight rules. He can make 185lbs.
Juicetino cannot make 135 and the UFC isn't going to go out of their way to make a special 140 or 145 division just so she can fight Holm, especially with her history.

Also, isn't Tito her manager? Yeah, that's going to get her in the door.

When training your coach will tell you to throw as fast as you can and tell you to keep that pace for like 2-3 minutes. It is endurance training, not technical training. That is what Rousey is doing there.
