More than just statistics, Orr had the ability to control the game, to take over. He had the speed to float away from defenders and also to recover effortlessly should he lose possession or get caught on a rush. @Dr Pepper is the King of Rock!

@Dr Pepper A smart GM would stop you from getting the top 3 forwards in the draft by using one or both of his picks to take a forward.

“He's one of the greatest goalies in the game's history. When the big games are there, Patrick brings his game to another level.”

—Colorado coach Bob Hartley, Colorado Avalanche

“"There was no one in the game who was more committed to playing well each and every shift. There was no cutting corners for Raymond. He held so much respect for the game."”

@Dr Pepper It makes the draft more interesting. I originally had his picture as the draft image but decided to go with the expansion teams. I found a new image for them and really like it. I should be interesting here, but I need a #1 center.

@Dr Pepper Great pick. Defensively I think he's as good as any dman in this draft. I was hoping my pick would still be there. We're getting into interesting territory now where there is no correct pick.

@Dr Pepper He'll play on my checking line.

At a time when specialists were beginning to take over from the all-round player, Trottier was a throwback. He was a defensively sound centerman with the vision and instincts of a pure scorer.
