As Atombomb notes the Oilers had 4 with 40+ for 4 straight seasons.....Calgary did it in 87-88..3 has been done many times,not by the Caps though,you may be remembering numbers over 2 seasons(Carpenter and Gartner had 53 and 50 respectively in 84-85)....Hers a brief summary Boston 70-71,Rangers 71-72,Sabres 75-76 and 79-80,Canadiens 79-80,Kings 80-81/84-85/88-89/90-91,Blackhawks 85-86 and 87-88,Piisburgh 91-92/92-93/95-96,Oilers 87-88,Calgary 93-94...Quebec did not do it...Nolan had 36 in 92-93...oops left out the 84-85 Isles by mistake they had 3 as well.....

00/01 Avs ( Sakic and Hejduk )

In 90/91 the Penguins had two players crack exactly 40 goals, Kevin Stevens and Mark Recchi

In 91/92 the Penguins got Lemieux for enough time and with him and Joe Mullen ( along with Stevens repeating ) got 3 with 40+ goals

The Pens got tow 50 goal scorers in 92/93

In 95/96 the Pens got two 60 goal scorers with Lemieux and Jagr

In 92/93 the Wings had five 30 goal scorers if that matters at all ( two of them with 40+ )
