Following up on Dennis Bonvie's point in the Perreault thread about the notable difference in career +/- between Perreault and Craig Ramsey, and Nick Hansen's suggestion for a thread on noteworthy +/- differences between players on the same team for an extended period of time, I took a look at some.
I tried to avoid getting linemates (though some these guys did have some ES shifts together) and used a five-season minimum (per Nick Hansen's suggestion).
Here are some I found with notable differences:
Gretzky and Messier (79/80 to 87/88)
+551 vs +144
difference of 45 per season
Clarke and MacLeish (72/73 to 80/81)
+386 vs +191
difference of 22 per season
Ramsey and Perreault (71/72 to 84/85)
+326 vs +90
difference of 17 per season
Ehlers and Connor (16/17 to today)
+80 vs -18
difference of 14 per season
Naslund and Walter (82/83 to 89/90)
+120 vs +10
difference of 14 per season
Dionne and Nicholls (82/83 to 86/87)
-1 vs -69
difference of 14 per season
Steen and Hawerchuk (81/82 to 89/90)
-14 vs -87
difference of 8 per season
