It's kinda scary to think that they were missing Naslund and 3 of their top 4 defenceman as well.

Well I think team Finland had more important players out from the olympic team. When I heard that Kiprusoff, Pitkanen, T. Ruutu and Sami Kapanen were out(and Sami Salo missing from semi-finals and final), i thought Finland were left out of any chances. Luckily the team spirit and teamwork seemed to be the best ever. Still wondering could team Finland have won the olympic gold with these players.
