B pretty easily.

I'd go against the grain with A i think. Barzal > Hischier is the only real edge for B imo.

Tkachuk > Connor.
Laine > Rantanen.
Provorov > McAvoy.
Werenski > Heiskanen.

It's tough, because the margins are really thin on pretty much every case. But on balance, i take the team that comes out slightly ahead on 4/5. Hischier is also a really good player, though the gap from him to Barzal is probably the biggest of the bunch...which is what makes it a tricky decision.
