This time, I will use Hiller. Hopefully this will be a closer match-up:
Team A
Gaudreau - Monahan - Poirier
Klimchuk - Bennett - Setoguchi
Glencross - Stajan- Jones
Bollig - Arnold - Smith
Jooris, Wolf
Brodie - Russell
Smid - Wotherspoon
Kulak - Acolatse
Ramage
Ramo
Gillies
Team B
Baertschi - Backlund - Hudler
Reinhart - Granlund - Colborne
Raymond - Jankowski- Agostino
Bouma - Knight - Byron
McGrattan, Hanowski
Giordano - Wideman
Sieloff - Engelland
Cundari- Culkin
Kanzig
Hiller
Ortio
Assuming they played a 7 game series, Who would win?
To possibly make the goalie competition fair, assume that each goalie has to play 2 of the first 4 games in the 7 game series.
Much closer than before, but I think the clear advantage Team A has up front (better balance of skill and physicality through all 4 lines) plus a more mobile, offensive-minded D-corps puts them over in a 7-gamer.
Edit: swap Glencross and Stajan for Raymond and Jankowski, and Russell for one of Sieloff, Engelland or Cundari, and I think it becomes even closer yet.
