The writing was on the wall with Gudlevskis so glad we got something back for him. Verheaghe had decent numbers in the AHL but isn't on Froese level who I hoped we brought back. Gonna hope Cirelli can carry the load or Dumont starts the year in Syracuse.

Verheaghe is a jack of all trades type that isn't particularly good at any one trade. He is just a good hockey player that doesn't have one attribute that stands out where you can see where it can make him an NHL player. Seems like the perfect lifetime AHLer who's just really good at hockey but lacking that one thing that'll keep him in the show.
