would adding Shaw to a trade like this help with cap issues?

I'm confused how this would help, especially if they're already taking on too much cap money in your scenario.

So I did this trade on Capfriendly and moving the salary’s increased EDM cap space from $60k to $1.48m

I retracted the Shaw part and it was still the same. So adding LTIR must not much?
