What coach had a greater impact on the game-Scotty Bowman or Anatoly Tarasov?

Tarasov - he basically created Soviet hockey. Bowman is a great coach though.

How about if we say Tarasov was the greatest Russian coach and Bowman was "one" of the great NHL coach's. Toe Blake had more impact on hockey then both of those two combined.

Blake how so? He only coached for 13 years. He was great no doubt but how do you figure he had a better impact on the game?
