Can you explain Katchouk, Raddysh and Yan over Joseph and Spencer over Blujus?

Edit: Katchouk I can see, I really like his game and he's right there for me with Joseph, I just have been blown away at Joseph's growth since being drafted in rate him higher than those who haven't proven as much yet.

For me it's Blujus again. Our RD depth is poor so that gives him a boost in the rankings. If DeAngelo was still around he would be lower but Blujus is the next RD up for us. Witkowski is an AHLer, Spencer had a very disappointing +1 year and needs to show a lot more, MacLeod had a disaster of a +2 year and isn't rated by me anymore, Dotchin doesn't have it, Thomas had a underwhelming junior career but looked good in the process game so there's hope but is years away. To me Blujus comes up this year for his cup of coffee and is a full time #6 in 17-18.
