Voted Nesterov on this one because I was impressed by this guy back at the times of 2011 U-18 and after he was able to get a stable roster spot at KHL last season I really feel that he can make further progress this season as well in Syracuse.

Can't wait to see what we have in Nesterov. Seems to me like he has been holding his own as a defensive D man in the second best league in the world. At his age, that's impressive. Coming to the AHL may allow him to explore a bit offensively too. If he breaks out there he could be a freaking steal in the 5th round.

A good old fashioned showdown. Surprised that someone voted for Brown, quality prospect for bottom 6, project prospect for top 6, but would not put him ahead of Erne or Barbs at this point in his development.

The same sentiment has been stated in other prospect threads...but how nice is it that it's a battle between Barbs and Erne for the #12 prospect? It's a good sign.
