Nothing crazy about the selections. I personally think Zetterberg is hugely underrated, his peak rivals that of Forsberg and Karlsson. Would have liked to see him on the allstar team but Loob is not a bad pick either.

Im glad just not 90s pmayers where chosen. Loob was a really special goalscorer. He had a natrual sense for scoring goals no other swede has had. 76 p at only 36 games i swedens elite leuge when they DIDNT count secondary assists(!) Is quite remarkable record. His goalscoring was in tier with Forsbergs playmaking. He gave echo to other players in europe. Jagr even had him as one of his idols. Loob was our Makarov. Great hockey brain as well.

Sundin may also had a better hockeybrain. Zetterberg may also been one of the smartest player sweden ever produced, but for me sundin, forsberg, Loob outdo him.

Zetterberg could be happy of having Gretzky praising him as the best player ever coming out from sweden. What gretzkys words nowadays means...

2nd all star team could been had as well.
