I don't think teams should use the long time period if they can't. I'm just saying if I miss my first two picks because I'm at school, I'll be pretty pissed, considering I was one of the first gms to join (top 3).

Ok so 1hr time limit. The time limit is only in effect from 12PM - 11PM. When the time limit is not in effect, you can still pick if it's your turn, but you won't be skipped for not picking in the allotted time slot.

Also, it's not going to be like...
12-1 pick
1-2 pick
2-3 pick

It depends on how fast each person picks. So...

could be the 1st pick at 12PM. And say they pick at 12:15.

The next team then is on the clock from 12:15-1:15 and so on.

Try to PM the next GM! I may need some help though because I can't PM!
