Surprised Levin or Phillips for the Wolves haven’t made his list.

Surprised Levin or Phillips for the Wolves haven’t made his list.

Still don't see Levin as an NHL prospect at this point. No question he's had a great bounce back year, but he remains an undersized forward who lacks dynamic skating ability.

As for Phillips, he's 2020 eligible with his later birthday. But I've been very impressed by him this year. Would be in my top 15 or so of OHL'ers eligible for 2020 right now.
