Suggestions for a fantasy newbie

Have been invited to join an NHL fantasy league through work. Love hockey but can’t say I follow every single player on how they are forecasted each yr, etc.

Is there a resource available that utilizes perhaps Microsoft Excel that I can use as a tool to see forecasts for our draft in Oct? Maybe other resources available that are similar?
