Btw, why in the **** would you go Zacha and Coleman? And how the hell do you not go with Zacha and Wood given how they have played together since Zacha got back into the lineup and were just missing connecting on goals tonight?
He better f***in not!Hynes : "We're giving Cory the day off tomorrow. Kinkaid will play."
Scary part is that I can picture him saying this, too.
He was okay, but he was probably inching closer to what he's been for most of this year.on a side note didnt travis play tonight? didnt see him.......
5 on 5 is one thing, but 3 0n 3 is about having plenty of ice and puck possession, he didn't have to try to make that risky play thereWhat? Him trying to make a play in the ozone and then skating back into position or him helping his teammate when the puck became lose which was the right play? Third guy in should have covered the slot, end of story.

He tried to make a play in the Ozone, it didn’t work out and he properly got back, then made the right play to go after the loose puck in the dzone, Coleman is the one at fault for leaving the slot open
Usually, I think we have a decent chance to win a shootout. With tonight's lineup? Maybe much less of a chance.Yeah the last play sucked, but what exactly were our odds gonna be in the shootout anyway...10% maybe?

I keep forgetting that Stafford was our shootout specialist early on.
I can't think of who we'd use other than Stafford, Bratt and maybe Nico. Then if it continues, you start getting into Zajac (hasn't scored a shootout goal in literally almost 5 years) or rolling the dice of Noesen or something.
At least we couldn't use Henrique and his 2 for 17 career.
Tough ending. Nico, Bratt and Vatanen was awesome tonight. Without half our top 6, I'll take the point.
I'm always in the school of thought that if you get any points out of a game, it's a good thing.
Coleman is generally the more responsible forward. Wood is more likely to make a mistake like that.
Anyone else looking forward to the trade dead line and Stafford is launched into space?
Yea, why go with the bigger faster guy that has a bit more offensive skill and has shown chemistry with Zacha?
Playing not to lose.
