Who're they going to get to replace Strader
NHL/Ownership situation surely played a part in this
They've already posted the job.
Education and Formal Training:
• Minimum High school degree, college degree preferred.
You would hope so
I think this has very LITTLE to do with ownership problems of the Yotes and more to do with being offered a job for National TV......not to mention the $$$$ involved.
This is great news. Versus needs full time, national personalities. And now they have Strader (one of the best) and Pierre.
hopefully the next news announced is emerick passes on vs job to stay with devils : while im not a huge strader fan id rather hear him call the stanley cup finals then nails on chalkboard voice of mr waffleboards
Awesome. Strader is one of the best in the business.
There are some great announcers out there, mostly old-time guys, who didn't go to college. It's not as crazy as you think.
And Randy Moller, obviously.
Good stuff. Strader is excellent.
I don't understand why Strader is liked so much.
Hes not bad by any means, but a flat out bore IMO.
I will agree to do the job as long as the COG agrees to sell an equivalent amount of announcer bonds in order to cover my 25 million dollar contract.
Strader is good, about a 6-7 out of 10. His voice reminds me of someone who would do NASCAR for some reason. Now the more important question is, who's going to drown out Tyson Nash?
Separate names with a comma.
