Have the Leafs ever played on St Patrick's Day since then? All teams usually have special jerseys to wear on st patty's day. No teams wear them on the day before or the day after.
So have we ever played ON the day at home since 2002? I don't remember
I just did a check:
2001/2002 - No, Mar 16/19
2002/2003 - No, Mar 15/18
2003/2004 - No, Mar 16/18
2004/2005 - Cancelled Season
2005/2006 - No, Mar 16/18
2006/2007 - Yes, Mar 17
2007/2008 - No, Mar 15/18
2008/2009 - Yes, Mar 17
2009/2010 - No, Mar 16/18
2010/2011 - Yes, Mar 17
2011/2012 - Yes, Mar 17
2012/2013 - No, Mar 16/20
This is what I do at 3am, Monday morning.
From that very same article that JohnnyO posted:

On March 2, 2002, the Toronto Maple Leafs wore the green jerseys of the St. Patricks, along with brown pants and helmets, to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the franchise changing their name to the Maple Leafs in a 3-3 tie against the Buffalo Sabres, led by captain Mats Sundin's two goals.
It wasn't on St.Patty's day and I believe it was the first time since the sale of the St.Pats that the jersey had been worn.
