For the record, I believe that's a concussion for Anderson, and he SHOULD be forced to leave the game. But the NHL doesn't really care about head injuries.

Every instance of contact will include at least one of your billions of brain cells to shift in an unnatural way, potentially causing damage. For that reason, the NHL should simply be regulated away by the government.
