Blues Top-20 Prospects:
1) Jordan Kyrou - 83.3% (Run-off Vote)
2) Scott Perunovich - 76.9%
3) Klim Kostin - 57.9%

Kostin takes the #3 spot with over half the votes. I like his bottom-9 potential, and I personally think he will be an NHL player in the not-to-distant future.

With that said, on to #4!

Still going with Mikkola. Haven't seen enough of Neighbours to take him over Mikkola yet.

Very close between Neighbours and Alexandrov IMO but I'll go with Neighbours here.
I think the floor is a little higher.

Mikkola is closer to the NHL. But at best he will likely be a #4 defender. More likely bottom pairing.

Neighbors has more potential, but further away. Plus this year is going to f*** up his development a bit.

If no North American leagues are playing. maybe he'll be able to play in Europe?

based on what I believe there impacts will be at the nhl level, Mikkola obviously is the closest though

Sadly, this might very well happen. Armstrong will protect Parayko, Faulk, and Krug.
I don't think Seattle would pick Mikkola over Dunn, also we're likely to have someone like Barbashev or Sanford unprotected at forward as well.
