The newcomer Loof takes the #16 spot. I can't say much about him unfortunately... He's mobile, good size, and has some offensive creativity. There really isn't anything to dislike about him at this point in time. He's similar to Dickinson in that he could be a real gem that lacked exposure due to his circumstances. Only time will tell if he becomes another post-1st round defensemen steal like Dunn, Perunovich, and Parayko.
