Laferriere takes the number 15 spot. Laferriere has had a stellar QMJHL career thus far with his intelligence and above average puck distribution. I'd say he's made a similar impact that Blais had when he was in junior, but Laferriere has had a much rockier development. Complaints about his maturity have popped up throughout his time with Cape Breton. However, when he is on his game, he is a fine play driver. The big test for him will be translating his game to the professionals as soon as he's allowed. I'm looking forward to his future and I hope to have another Blais in the system.
