The curious thing is according to the official NHL rule book, a solid red line is not allowed

This question was far from straight forward. I checked multiple sites and got different numbers - both 3 and 4 (including a few Vancouvers who didn't have a solid line). I'd guess that arenas change their centre lines whenever they please. Anyway I ended up going with the consensus... unfortunately.

P.S. What's up with the following event? Miss the deadline did he?
