Did you miss his four goals last night? It happened with him still on the team’s fourth line, by the way.

I'm sorry, I had no idea that four goals for the weakest team in the tournament is enough for an all-stars team. I know it's just a hypothetical set, yet Bedard amused me in all-stars team. Sometimes you people in Canada are so much fan.

The dude was going to score against whomever he played against, especially once he got moved up the lineup. Bedard wasn’t playing first line OR first power play unit. He really could’ve torn this tourney up.

Michkov-McTavish-Lambert
Power-Edvinsson
Wallstedt

Rigth now.

Probably would've end up like:

Michkov-Lambert-Koivunen
Power-Niemelä
Blomqvist

Not a chance they load up the whole forward group to Canada even though Bedard prob ends up in the conversation numbers wise. Default to Michkov as the next best player in terms of production and story line.

Bedard - Lambert - Michkov
Power - Edvinsson
Wallstadt

Perfetti probably deserves a spot but I went with Michkov

How is this even a question?

COVID dominated the tournament from start to finish. Teams would rather forfeit than face that monster. And forfeit they did

sorry, I’m coping

From what I have seen: McTavish – absolute beast, best player on the tournament; Nemec – phenomenal in first two games, he is my nr. 1 defenseman for draft; Wallstedt –his surname is reflection of his performance

Koivunen - McTavish - Michkov
Power - Edvinsson
Wallstedt

Koivunen is the most underrated prospect in the tournament. He's been right up there with the best forwards in the tournament, better than Lambert for the Finns, and no one pays any attention to him.

Also, no disrespect to Nemec, who had his moments, but he wasn't dominating in any respect. Edvinsson was.

Why is Nemec so underrated? I do not know who watched game Slovakia vs Sweden. But Nemec was the best defenseman on the ice. He was better like 19-year old swedish young stars. I have very simply answer. Because he is not swedish...

It couldn't possibly be because you're wrong!!! Never!!

Edvinsson was and is better, he dominated both ends of the ice. There's a difference between being steady and being dominant.

Lol, here comes the 2022 version of The Great Canadian Hype Machine.

Remember The Great Canadian Hype Machine
2021 Version? I remember it as this team
is the bestest since our 2005 juggernaught.
Well guess what happened when you ran up
against Zegras, Knight & Co? They weren't the
bestest anymore...lol.

Oh yeah, another fun fact concerning the
WJC, there have been 3 best on best WJC
due to NHL strikes\lockouts. Guess what the results
have been?

USA 2
Canada 1

I'll take fact over hype any day.

I think that you need to check your information again. The 2021 Canadian team was overrated though.

This is cute.

Anyway, IMO these are a given;
Wallstedt
Edvinsson
Power
McTavish

The last two spots would be picked from; Bedard, Lambert, Koivunen, Perfetti and maybe Michkov.
