Nemec, 25, finished his first full season of professional hockey in the ECHL last year with the Colorado Eagles. The year prior, he served as captain in his final season with the University of Maine Black Bears (Hockey East). The 6-4, 215-lbs defenseman tallied 17 points (five goals, 12 assists) in 137 games during his four years at Maine. The Rouses Point, NY native has 19 points (five goals, 14 assists) in 69 career ECHL games between the Eagles and Orlando Solar Bears. Nemec’s AHL rights are owned by the Sound Tigers, but his ECHL rights belong to the Colorado Eagles.

Really?
REALLY!?

Yes! Peter Sivak. And he signed a two-way deal?! What a steal!

He is 32 year old, and he has already played in 12 AHL games!
