Yeah, lots of salty jealous Leaf haters on the main board. You should see the shit talking .... it is hilarious. It is mostly the other Canadian teams fans that are doing the hating. Canucks, Jets and Flames fans the most though. They are absolutely traumatized by the Leafs.

And we really do have some of the worst fans in the sport. I hate more Leafs fans than I do if any other team...and it's our own friggen team haha

I can hate from other fans mainly bc I live in Vancouver and all my friends here are Canucks fans. The summer was about me telling them how JT is such a great fit.... while all they can say is stuff like Boeser will score 40, Peterrsson is good....

I don't mind the leaf mainboard threads. There is the thread ignore option. The few forums I frequent, do not have that feature. People should hush up and utilize it. Also, often times, the threads are started by non leaf fans. You just attract people pointing the aforementioned fact out, or idiots not able to read and use their eyes and dog on the annoying leaf fans anyway.

How can threads on the internet bother some people ? I find that sort of pathetic. You see the shit thread and then keep on rolling with your day.

Not sure whats funny about the Getzlaf one. Last year similar production while Getzlaf plays a great all around game, he was better last season like the poll asked. The Mackinnon one I would exactly call funny yet either. A hot start doesnt change Mackinnon being at the top of the league in points per game for almost a whole season, theyre only 2 years apart in age too so not a huge difference.

That Karlsson and Burns one isnt that funny either. Its not ridiculous to think 2 Norris calibre dmen would have a more dominant season and it still could happen. If they combine for 120 points and Matthews plus Tavares combine for 160 I would say the dmen were likely more dominant.

I would let the season play out a bit before calling a fewof those threads hilarious. That last 100 games one is quite the thread though, seems like that OP had A LOT of time on his hands
