Sling Orange and Jitter on TNT

I've been watching games in bars or on streams but had company over today so bought the sling orange package. It's all great except for about 5 minutes in several points there was extreme jitter. My network was good. I restarted the firestick but it kept happening randomly. Anybody else get this? Is it sling or TNT?
