Sled Preds WIn C Div at NHL Sled Hockey Classic

Less than 11 months after forming the Adult version of the Nashville Sled Preds, our sled hockey team won the C division at the NHL Sled Hockey Classic in Pittsburgh this past weekend. With a record of 4 wins and 1 loss, the Sled Preds beat the Carolina Hurricanes 2-1 to take the C division Championship Sunday afternoon at Consol Energy Center. With a short bench and 5 physical games in 3 days, the guys were tired and very sore. Coming home with a banner made it all worth it.

I suppose the future for hockey in Middle TN looks very bright. Now we just need the original Preds to start collecting banners.
