I believe they have a couple of injuries in Abbotsford, this is just depth.Think it’s just a typical depth deal.
No doubt. Not exactly sure why the pick was included but hey a free lotto ticket is free.I believe they have a couple of injuries in Abbotsford, this is just depth.
The fact he got a six thrown draft pick is pretty nice considering
Not to mention, I San Jose sixth is basically a fifth, not that big of a value difference, but still, it’s a free pickNo doubt. Not exactly sure why the pick was included but hey a free lotto ticket is free.
Perhaps they're really high on Studnicka and think he can contribute as an effective NHL player, and don't see much in Cicek. Why the hell is San Jose giving up picks
LOLOL
No picks should be leaving, unless it is to get more picks
Perhaps they're really high on Studnicka and think he can contribute as an effective NHL player, and don't see much in Cicek.
It's a 6th round pick, though. It's practically worthless.
A 5th turned into lafferty.Perhaps they're really high on Studnicka and think he can contribute as an effective NHL player, and don't see much in Cicek.

I don't think it is unreasonable for a rebuilding team to trade a late round pick for a 24 year old if they think he can be a player for them.A rebuild is about having as much draft capital as humanly possible
Which allows you to move around the draft
Weird to be high on studnicka
This is an extremely minor deal. The Canucks are basically taking a crap on the notion that it’s hard to make trades during the season.
What is that, the fifth one already?
And the best part is, every single one of them have been effective.
I agree, it’s just depth for Abbotsford. This is an extremely minor deal.
Why didn't they claim him a month ago?Perhaps they're really high on Studnicka
We've had quite a few injuries at center since. Sturm and Carpenter are hurt along with Kunin. Couture has not played all season. Why didn't they claim him a month ago?
Injuries since?
Studnicka playing 1 game and having a player drafted in the 6th round playing 1 game for them is extremely low.Why the hell is San Jose giving up picks
No picks should be leaving, unless it is to get more picks

Hell, you could move that to the 4th round and the probability is low.
