Speculation: Sinbin Expansion Draft: Experts vs Fans

I really like this article.

The idea is based off the model used by the awesome movie review website, Rotten Tomatoes. We took a total of 29 “expert” mock drafts and averaged out each of their selection to come up with an “Expert Score.” We then partnered with CapFriendly.com to come up with a score that’s representative of the fans. CapFriendy.com has had more than 77,000 mock drafts submitted to their site, we averaged out each selection to create the “Fan Score.”

I took the 29 published Expansion Drafts I could find. TSN, ESPN, blogs, etc.

They each took players (some guys got traded, bought out, etc) so there weren't 29 picks from each team.

I then added up each time an expert picked that player and divided by the number of experts who made a pick for that team.
