They’re equipping a delivery truck with more than 50 small ovens, and a sophisticated computer system that will cook the pizzas as they’re being driven to their destination.
“Pizza ordering is highly predictable. Most of our customers order in a habitual way. So, what we can do is use artificial intelligence and machine learning to predict what orders are likely to come in and what we need to have on the truck,†Collins said.
